GLOCK was founded by Mr. Gaston Glock, an engineer, in 1963 in Deutsch-Wagram, near Vienna to specialize in the manufacture of plastic and steel components. The HK USP (Universal Selfloading Pistol) is the first service pistol with a modular concept. Features favored by law enforcement and military, users provided the design criteria for the USP. To comply with the new Australian legislation, the HK USP is now coming factory fitted with a 123.5mm barrel and 10 round magazines.
